The Hancock County Community Partnership is governed by a Council, consisting of the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Appointed Council Representatives and At-Large Council Representatives. The structure is as follows:

The Council meets at least six (6) times annually. The purpose of these meetings is to review focus group and initiative activities, resolve old business, and act on new business brought before the Council.  Additional special council meetings may be scheduled when specific items need to be addressed prior to a regularly scheduled meeting.  All Council meetings are open to the public and are advertised as so.
