Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention Task Force Kicks Off The Hancock County Community Partnership announces the community kick off of the Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention Task Force on Tuesday, August 10, 2010. The program will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Davis Building at The University of Findlay Room #102 (300 Davis Street – Formerly the Owens Community College Building). The Task Force will be lead by John Stanovich, Assistant Dean, The University of Findlay College of Pharmacy. Four committees will be formed to focus on the areas of Medication Collection, Training of Health Care Professionals, Toolkits for Education and General Community Awareness. All members of the community are welcome to attend. If you are unable to attend the meeting on August 10th but would like to be a part of one of the committees please contact Annie at aaltman@bhg.org or 419-424-1985.
